HOW DOES MY SPA 360 SUBSCRIPTION WORK? * Our SPA 360 subscription program works as a simple layaway program. When you join SPA 360, you'll choose the subscription tier that best suits your needs, goals, and price range. Each month, your chosen subscription amount is charged to your credit card and banked in your Spa Wallet. You can use these funds at any time for any service or product, including those in our extensive retail boutique, which features professional skincare products, therapeutic-grade supplements, body care, beauty products, makeup, giftables, and more. This layaway-style subscription program allows you to enjoy your benefits without worrying about tracking points or expirations—just pure, simple savings every day. You can even change your billing date if needed, just let us know after your first payment. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OUT OF FUNDS IN MY SPA WALLET? * Your savings and discounts apply to each and every purchase you make, regardless of the current balance in your Spa Wallet. We will apply your available Spa Wallet funds to your purchase total, and you'll pay any difference at the time of checkout. This makes every visit an opportunity to save while enjoying our full range of services and products. WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF SPA 360? * As a SPA 360 member, you'll receive: •Discounted rates on spa services •Savings on every product in our retail boutique •Special birthday, anniversary, and referral rewards •The flexibility to use your banked Spa Wallet funds how and when you want. HOW IS YOUR SPA INSIDER TIER DIFFERENT FROM A PAID SUBSCRIPTION TIER? * Each new client is placed in our basic Spa Insider tier, and a digital Spa Wallet is automatically created at the time of their first purchase. Our Spa Insider tier allows you to take advantage of our Points & Rewards program, where points are accrued with every product or service purchase. Points are tracked automatically, and rewards can be redeemed for products in our retail boutique—no rewards cards, no manual tracking, no hassle. Each dollar spent equals 1 point, and 200 points earn a $10.00 reward. While this tier does not include the layaway benefits and subscription discounts of our paid SPA 360 tiers, it provides an excellent way to begin saving while enjoying our services and products. If you choose to upgrade to a paid SPA 360 subscription tier, you will transition out of our basic Points & Rewards program and instead receive greater savings and perks aligned with your new SPA 360 subscription level. HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE? * Joining SPA 360 is easy! Visit us online, call, or sign up during your next appointment. Once you choose your tier and set up your payment, you’re ready to start enjoying the benefits immediately. To choose the right tier for you, check out our subscription options on our VIP & Loyalty page. DOES MY SPA 360 SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRE? * No, your SPA 360 subscription never expires. You can continue to enjoy your subscription benefits for as long as you choose. Should you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time without a fee (after your 6-month enrollment period) and use any remaining funds at standard pricing. CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION? * We understand that life happens, and you may need to pause your subscription at some point due to financial, travel, medical, scheduling, or other reasons. If you need to pause your subscription for any reason, simply contact us in writing via text or email. We will place a pause on your subscription for a length of 1 to 3 months. This option can only be exercised once per year, after your initial 6-month minimum enrollment period has passed. Your subscription will resume automatically on the agreed upon date without penalty. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? * We understand that situations change from time to time. You can cancel your SPA 360 subscription any time after your initial six-month commitment. Just send us a written notice via text or email 30 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. We'll send you a cancellation form to sign to complete the process. You may start your subscription back up anytime you choose. Cancellations prior to six months incur a $200 fee and may require repayment of discounts used. DO MY SPA 360 SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS ALSO APPLY TO YOUR WELLNESS 360 PROGRAMS? * No, our WELLNESS 360 programs come with their own set of pre-built benefits and are specialized to meet specific health and wellness goals.
